The National LGB&T Partnership invites you to join the discussion on what is important to you in LGB&T health!
We are holding three events on Saturday 8th February in Birmingham, Manchester and London. You will be able to hear about changes and developments related to health that affect you, and LGB&T communities.
In Birmingham, we will be looking at what the specific needs of old(er) LGB&T people are, and how mainstream and specialist service providers can respond, with speakers from Health Watch Birmingham and Age UK Birmingham.
In Manchester, we will be looking at all things research! You will have the opportunity to hear about research affecting LGB&T people and communities from researchers including Dr. Meg Barker (BiUK), and share your perspectives.
In London, we will be looking at the initial findings of the ‘Youth Chances’ research and providing an opportunity to hear what you want from health services. The Government Equalities Office will also be hosting a session in all three locations asking LGB&T people their perspective on prioritising issues facing LGB&T communities.
